The terms and conditions set out below apply to all bookings held in Old Wesley RFC. • The person making the booking accepts all responsibility for their guests ensuring acceptable behaviour, & assuring the event is confined to the reserved room. • Hire charges includes day social membership of OWRFC, all people in attendance bust comply with club rules • In the unfortunate event of a cancellation OWRFC will make every effort to resell the facilities, however, should alternative business not be secured the room hire charge will be withheld. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice of a cancellation must be given. • We request that you inform us of your final guest numbers by email 48 hours before your event. Table plans must be given 48 hours before. Additional Dietary requirements must be provided 72 hours in advance. • We provide round tables of max 10 or rectangular tables for more we can give you sample table plans that work best for the function room.
